An Accept Mission Alternative When You Want a Monthly Price, Not an Annual Quote

Accept Mission is idea and innovation software: funnels, campaigns, a portal for submissions, and an optional project portfolio. If you are comparing it for a UK organisation of roughly 100 to 500 people, the commercial gap is the contract. On 5 October 2026 the public pricing page did not show a figure, and the FAQ said licences are annual.

What Accept Mission is

Accept Mission (acceptmission.com) sells idea management as the core, with two further capabilities you add: idea collecting, and portfolio management. The pricing page splits the product into Studio, where admins configure funnels, campaigns, workflows and reports, and Portal, where people submit ideas and join campaigns.

Idea management, as listed, covers funnels (Kanban, list, graph and bubble views), idea pages with scorecards and owners, tasks and workflow automations, and dashboards. Idea collecting covers an innovation portal, an always-on IdeaBox, campaigns, points, levels and leaderboards, and gateways for external participants. Portfolio management covers project stages, budgets, benefits and timelines. That is a structured innovation platform, not a single-page suggestion box. This page does not repeat customer stories from their site.

What the pricing page shows, 5 October 2026

Source: acceptmission.com/pricing, fetched 5 October 2026. There is no currency amount in the page text. A calculator is described as an indication. The FAQ says a demo is where the numbers are mapped to modules.

  • Power users configure funnels, campaigns, governance and reporting. Idea management power users are mandatory. Portfolio power users are optional. Licensing is based on the number of those users per year.
  • Contributors (also called portal users) submit ideas, comment and score. Licensing is based on how many of them you include. The page says you can start with a department or a pilot group and scale later, with volume-based bands.
  • AI credits. Co-pilots are included. A starter pack, such as 250 or 500 credits, is included. Further packs are a purchase. The FAQ says extra credits are only needed when usage exceeds the starter pack, and that admins can turn specific AI tools off.
  • Implementation. Success Packages (workshops, funnel and scorecard setup, admin training) are separate services. Add-ons listed include a Power BI connector, time booking, a custom email domain, another hosting region, API access, and a Microsoft Teams app.

The FAQ states that all licences are billed annually, and that multi-year contracts are available on request. You can add users during the year. Cutting the licence waits until renewal. Trials are available for idea management and idea collection. A minimum number of power users is required. The page does not publish that minimum, and it does not publish a price. Older directory listings sometimes quote a starting rate. Those are not on this pricing page, so they are not repeated here.

Included with every licence, as listed: Azure hosting in West Europe by default, role-based access, a guest model for external people, SSO on eligible plans, branding, and gamification on the portal. Another data region and API access are add-ons. Confirm the quote before you compare a number.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

It fits teams that want configurable funnels, campaigns and an optional portfolio, and that can sign an annual licence after a demo. The page itself says many customers start with a central innovation team and one funnel.

It is a harder fit if you need a price before a sales conversation, if you want every employee included without buying a separate collecting module and a contributor count, or if you do not want an annual contract. A 100 to 500 person UK organisation comparing monthly GBP bands is in that second group.

Harmoni pricing

Harmoni is priced by organisation size, not by power user and not by contributor. Everyone can take part, which is the point of a suggestion scheme.

Common Questions

Not on the page checked on 5 October 2026. acceptmission.com/pricing describes modules, power users, contributors and a calculator, then a demo for a concrete price. The FAQ says the figure depends on users, use cases and modules. Harmoni publishes £99, £249, £399, £699 and £1,199 a month by organisation size, with every employee included and no per-seat charge.

Licensing is based on the number of power users and the number of contributors, plus the modules you turn on. Contributors are the people who submit ideas, comment and score. The page says you can start with a department or a pilot group, and that volume bands apply. It does not show a per-person rate. Harmoni does not charge per seat: the band is the size of the organisation, and everyone in it is included.

Idea management is described as always included. Idea collecting (the portal, IdeaBox, campaigns and external gateways) and project portfolio management are optional modules. The FAQ says smaller teams may begin without Idea Collection. On Harmoni, submission, manager review, challenges and recognition sit on the published band. There is no second module for letting the rest of the organisation take part.

The FAQ says all licences are billed annually, with multi-year contracts on request. You can add power users or contributors during the year. Reducing the licence applies at renewal. Harmoni is monthly in GBP, with no annual lock-in and no setup fee.

It can be, if you want funnels, scorecards and a portal, and you are ready for an annual contract without a public price. A minimum number of power users is required, but the page does not publish that minimum. Harmoni is the alternative when you want the whole organisation on a monthly GBP ladder before you book a demo.
