It is also now part of something bigger. Interact Software acquired Sideways 6 in April 2023, so the product sits inside a wider employee comms suite rather than standing alone.

The honest weaknesses come from the same review pool: the panel review flow is not always intuitive to score ideas with, with one reviewer noting they had to run a session to help experts use it, and exports are limited when you want to line ideas up against supporting files.

• Model the cost at your real headcount, including anyone you might want to add later.
