What Qmarkets is
Qmarkets is an enterprise innovation suite made up of Q-ideate for idea and challenge management, Q-optimize for continuous improvement, and Q-scout for scouting, with AI layers called Horizon AI and IRIS portfolio intelligence. It names Swiss Post, Total, Nestlé and PMI among its customers, which are vendor claims, and says it has over 200 customers.
Review evidence is strong on ease of use. TrustRadius reviewers describe it as easy to use and intuitive with minimal training, and praise the deployment and the support. The recurring criticism is reporting depth: one Capterra reviewer said the reports are more content-oriented than people-oriented, and another noted customisation requests can take a while. It holds 4.8 out of 5 from 35 Capterra reviews as of September 2026.
What Qmarkets publishes about pricing: nothing
The pricing page presents Core and Enterprise packages with no figures, and the call to action is Contact Us. Independent review sites confirm no plans are listed. So the first step is a conversation, and you will not know the number until you are in it.
That is not a criticism of Qmarkets specifically. It is how the whole enterprise band in this category works, and we say the same thing on our other comparison pages. It does mean that a 60-person company comparing options cannot put Qmarkets in a spreadsheet without booking a call first.

Who Qmarkets is for
- Large enterprises and public bodies running innovation programmes across several business units.
- Buyers who need portfolio-level intelligence, scouting workflows and a vendor that will pass a formal procurement process.
- Programmes with a named owner whose job is innovation.
Who it is not for
- Companies of 50 to 400 people with no innovation manager.
- Buyers who want to see a price before a call, or to be live this month rather than this quarter.
- Teams whose actual problem is that nobody answers the ideas employees already submit. That is a process fix, not a portfolio-analytics purchase.
What a smaller company usually needs
The requirements that actually decide whether a scheme works at 50 to 400 people are unglamorous:
- Anyone can submit from a phone in under two minutes.
- Every idea gets a first response, so people learn that submitting is worth it.
- The submitter can see the status without asking.
- Managers have one queue, not five inboxes.
- Recognition is visible, so participation does not fade after the launch month.
- The cost is a line item your finance lead can approve without a procurement project.
Harmoni is built around that list: submission, AI-assisted triage and scoring, a manager review queue, challenges, rewards and reporting. You can see the detail on the features page.
If you are moving down from an enterprise suite
Plenty of companies end up here after a few years on a platform that was bought for a programme nobody owns any more. If that is you, four questions decide whether you can leave cleanly:
- What does your contract actually commit you to, and when is the renewal date? Annual terms are the norm in this band.
- What can you export: ideas, comments, votes, attachments, and the reporting history? Ask for a sample file before you commit to leaving.
- Which integrations would you lose, and does anything else depend on them?
- Who internally still needs the reporting, and would a simpler monthly report cover it?
Companies usually find the honest answer is that they need about 10% of what they bought. That is not a knock on the enterprise vendors. It is what happens when a tool is scoped for a multinational and used by one division.
